Here'S Lucy - Amsterdam

The apartment was absolutely fab! Lucy and her husband were incredible hosts, always available to help out. The property was clean and spacious, with amazing extra touches like welcome drinks in the fridge. The little balcony was perfect for smokers like us. The location was super convenient, with shops, eateries, and attractions just minutes away. We couldn't have asked for a better host and overall perfect stay.

quiet atmosphere, lucy the host has done above and beyond for us. could use a seating area, a writing desk and ironing facilities, admired views of courtyard. having walk-in showers was great.

As a senior woman, I truly appreciated the hotel's warm and cozy decor. The lovely furnishings, soft colors, and comfortable seating areas made me feel right at home. The general areas of the hotel, such as the lobby and lounge, were well-maintained and inviting. Additionally, the hotel had excellent accessibility for senior people like myself. There were no steep stairs or difficult obstacles to navigate, making it easy for me to move around and enjoy my stay.

The only thing I would ask for to make the vacation even better for senior people is clearer instructions for operating certain amenities, such as the heating system. It would be helpful if the children working there could provide easy-to-understand guides or have someone available to assist guests with these features.

The decoration at Here's Lucy brought back memories of my younger days. The vintage furniture and old KLM posters added a charming touch to the hotel. As a senior woman, I appreciated the accessibility of the general areas. The living room and bedroom were spacious and easy to navigate, making it comfortable for me to move around. The hotel also had a lovely outdoor terrace where I could relax and enjoy the fresh air.

The only improvement I would suggest for a better vacation for senior people is to have more assistance available from the staff. Occasionally, I could have used a bit of help with my luggage or with navigating the steep stairs.

This centrally-located apartment provides a perfect base to explore the city, with a supermarket close by and easy access to all attractions. the spaciousness of the apartment, as well as the little terrace, offer a comfortable and enjoyable stay. the host's extra touches, like a bottle of wine and biscuits, enhance the experience. the apartment is equipped with useful facilities, such as a washing machine and a well-functioning kitchen.

The heating system could be improved to provide easier control , as it currently requires contacting the host for adjustment.

The location was amazing, right in the heart of the city and close to all the main attractions. The apartment was spacious and clean, with everything we needed for our stay. We especially loved the little terrace, it was perfect for enjoying a cup of coffee in the morning.

While the apartment was nice, it could use some updates and maintenance. There were a few small issues like loose door handles and poor lighting.

Lucy's place was perfect! Check-in was a breeze with great assistance from her husband. The location was walking distance to everything and had a tram stop nearby. The apartment itself was clean, spacious, and had thoughtful amenities like welcome drinks and a well-equipped kitchen. The little balcony/terrace was a nice touch. We had a fantastic time and will definitely return to this lovely place with a welcoming host.

The fully equipped kitchen was a game-changer, and the dishwasher and washing machine were a nice bonus. Plus, the free WiFi was really fast!

Now, this is just my personal opinion, but I found the bathroom situation a bit overwhelming. With three bathrooms in the apartment, it was too much for just one person.
